Woman Astonished After Receiving More Than 150 Unordered Amazon Packages
Jillian Cannan, a New York resident was shocked to receive more than 150 unordered Amazon packages filled with mask brackets. Addressing this problem, Cannan contacted the e-commerce company to clarify the mistake. Thereafter, Amazon agreed to compensate for the inconvenience. Deciding to use child-size brackets for DIY mask kits, the creative studio and DIY owner will distribute mask kits and adult-sized brackets to the hospitals.

Face Fitting Of Mask Matters More Than Its Material: Cambridge Study
N95 mask's proper fitting is much more potent in providing protection against airborne particles than its material, suggested a study by the Cambridge University. Maharashtra Becomes The First State To Cap Prices On Masks
With a view to make masks affordable for common people, Maharashtra government has set a price cap for various facemasks. Reportedly, the government has decided that double and triple layered masks cannot cross a price of over Rs 3 - 4 respectively. However, the N95 masks can cost anywhere between RS 19 - 49. These rules, which are first-of-its-kind in the country will continue till the "Epidemic Diseases Act" is in force.

Union Government Rolls Back Restrictions On Export Of N-95/FFP-2 Masks
To catalyze outbound shipping of N-95 masks, the Central Government on October 6 revoked the curbs over its export. Earlier, the country had restricted international trade of the masks to fulfill domestic demand. Reportedly, in August, a quota was fixed for its export. Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal tweeted, "India is making for the world: N95 and FFP2 masks can now be exported freely to countries across the world."
