Special Team To Probe Aryan Khan's Case; Wankhede Removed From Drugs Case
Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Narcotics Control Bureau will be reaching Mumbai from Delhi on November 6. As per reports, the team will be taking over Aryan Khan's case which was earlier lead by Sameer Wankhede, Zonal Director of NCB. Moreover, the SIT will be probing three more drug cases in Mumbai, including the case in which Maharashtra Minister Nawab Mallik's son-in-law Sameer Khan is involved, said reports.

Cruise Drug Case: Kiran Gosavi Detained In Pune
Narcotics Control Bureau witness Kiran Gosavi, has been detained in Pune after admitting to surrender at a Lucknow police station. Furthermore, a case was registered against him for fraud, and was booked under IPC 419 and 420. However, he still remains wanted in the case. Besides, another fraud case was registered against him on October 18, for cheating people of lakhs of rupees, posing to send them abroad for jobs.

Cruise Drug Case: NCB Summons Prabhakar Sail For Questioning
Prabhakar Sail was summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau as a witness in the cruise drug case on October 27. Sail is the bodyguard of Kiran Gosavi, an NCB witness. He claimed that Rs 50 lakh was taken by Kiran from an "individual" after the raid at the cruise ship. “He will be questioned by NCB team reaching Mumbai from Delhi tomorrow, in connection with his allegations of corruption,” said NCB.

Actress Ananya Pandey Reaches NCB Office With Father Chunky Pandey
Under the ongoing probe in the "drugs on cruise" case, actress Ananya Pandey has been summoned after her name pops out in a WhatsApp message. However, the actress along with her father reaches the NCB office an hour late. Reportedly, her mobile, and laptop have been seized by the agency, and will be questioned if she knows Aryan Khan consumed drugs, or if she has partnered along with the star-boy.

CM Thackeray Breaks Silence, Says NCB Targetting Celebs For Publicity: Drugs Case
Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray on October 16 broke his silence and accused Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) of ‘deliberately’ targeting the celebrities for publicity. He said that there was an effort to create an impression that Mumbai has become a narcotics hub. “They catch a celebrity, click pictures and make noise around it. Our police only work while news is about whether someone got bail or not,” CM Thackeray said.

Mumbai Ship Drug Case: Woman Smuggled Drugs In Sanitary Napkin
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) unit had intercepted an alleged narcotics party over the Cordelia Cruise ship, heading towards Goa on October 2. Reportedly, NCB has summoned the film producer Imtiaz Khatri in accordance with the narcotics investigation. According to NCB, a woman, an accused under the cruise ship drug case had carried drugs hiding them in the sanitary napkin.

NCB Questions Comedian Bharti and her Husband, Finds 'Small Amount of Cannabis'
Actor / Comedian Bharti Singh's Mumbai residence was raided by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on November 19. NCB then took Bharti and her husband Harsh Limbachiyaa for questioning, after finding "small amount of cannabis" from their flat. An official said that the comedian's name surfaced while questioning a drug peddler. Earlier, celebrities like Arjun Rampal, Firoz Nadiadwala and Rakul Preet Singh among many were summoned by NCB.
