PM Narendra Modi To Inaugurate Bihar Assembly Centenary Pillar On July 12

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on July 12 will unveil a ceremonial pillar topped with an exquisite bronze sculpture symbolizing Bihar's insignia and built on the state Assembly grounds. On July 10, workmen were finishing the touches on a tall pillar. "The pillar is 40-foot high, including 25 feet of civil structure clad with Jaisalmer stone and topped with a 15-foot bronze sculpture," a senior official said.
