NGO Legal Rights Observatory has filed a complaint against American popstar Rihanna's cosmetics brand 'Fenty Beauty' for allegedly promoting child labour in India. The complaint to national child rights commission NCPCR stated that "child labourers work in dire conditions" in Jharkhand mines to extract mica used in beauty products.
