Naxal Attacks Former MLA Gurcharan Nayak In Jharkhand, NIA Files Chargesheet
In a shocking incident, naxal attacked a former MLA Gurcharan Nayak, in which two security personnel died. In this regard, the NIA has filed its second supplementary charge sheet in a case related to the attack, that happened in Jharkhand. The charge sheet was filed in a special NIA court in Ranchi against two armed cadres, 25-year-old Tivari Bankira alias Shaka and 20-year-old Sadan Korah alias Sajan, who belongs to Maoist.

Explosives Plated 2 Months Before In Dantewada Naxal Attack: Police
In the investigation of the Dantewada IED blast bt Maoists, the Chhattisgarh police and special force revealed that the IED was planted at the region, two months back. As per sources, the police confirmed that the planted explosive was missed out during the demining exercise, conducted by the government officials, under the roads ministry. Notably, two days back a massive blast by naxals, killed 10 security personnel in Dantewada.

CM Baghel To Visit Dantewada And Pay Homage To Jawans Killed In Naxal Attack
Chhatisgarh CM organised an event to pay homage to 11 personnel who died in Naxal Attack. As per sources, Bhupesh Baghel visited Dantewada and paid tribute to 11 jawans of the District Reserve Guard (DRG) who were killed in an explosion by Naxals. After paying homage, the Chhattisgarh CM will hold a high level meeting with the security forces and discuss the Naxal situation in the region.

SSB Personnel Injured In Naxal-provoked IED Blast At Chhattisgarh
A personnel belonging to 33 Battalion of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) was injured in a Naxal-provoked IED blast in Chattisgarh on January 14, said a police superintendent. He said that firing continued for 10 minutes after the blast at 12:55 pm near Padkalbeda village. The injured jawan was evacuated to hospital for treatment. As per police, the battalion was out for railway line protection duty.

Naxal Ambush Kills Two ITBP Officers In Bastar: Chhattisgarh
