PM Modi Inaugurates Parliament Building In Delhi
The most awaited Parliament Building, constructed at cost of Rs 970 crores, has been inaugurated in Delhi. Opposition parties like SP, YSRCP and others joined the historic moment of inauguration. The new building has a capacity to hold over 1,200 MPs, and have an assembly hall, dining hall, library. The new building in triangular shape is built with peacock theme, Lotus theme and other facilities. PM Modi inaugurated the building.

PM Modi: Set-up Digital Archive Of Workers Engaged In Constructing New Parliament
PM Narendra Modi, during the on-site inspection of the ongoing construction of the new Parliament building on September 26, instructed officials to set up a digital archive for all construction workers engaged here. The archive includes the workers' names, home towns, and even photos. The workers will also be given a certificate for their role and participation in the endeavour. Reportedly, the building will be completed by November 2022.

PM Modi Visits At Central Vista Project's Site To Review Its Work
In a surprise visit following the return from the US, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited to review the construction status of the Central Vista project on the evening of September 26. PM Modi spent an hour here and also inspected the construction site of the new Parliament building. Notably, he had laid the foundation stone of the project in 2020. The project is likely to be completed by 2022.

New Parliament Complex To Have Parking Space For 16,000 Vehicles

SC Gives Nod To Groundbreaking Ceremony For New Parliament Building
The Supreme Court on December 7 begrudgingly gave permission to lay the foundation of the new parliament building project named 'Central Vista'. However, the government has assured that it will be complying with the court's direction of not initiating any construction or demolition work until all the pleas on the matter are resolved. PM Modi To Execute Ground-Breaking Ritual For New Parliament
As per reports, PM Narendra Modi would perform a groundbreaking ritual of the new parliament building in the first week of December. Though December 10 has been initially slated for the ceremony, it is expected to change as per the PM's schedule.
