Noida International Airport To Be Functional In 2024, Says Yogi Adityanath

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath, on November 23, announced that the Noida International Airport will be functional from 2024. Considered to be Asia's largest airport, it will provide employment to one lakh people, and will be pollution-free. The airport is going to have an investment worth Rs 30,000-35,000 crores. PM Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of the fifth international airport of UP, on November 24 at 1 PM.

UP To Get 5th International Airport; Highest Among Indian States

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of the Noida International Airport, in Uttar Pradesh's Jewar on November 25. This will become the fifth International Airport of UP, making it the only state in India with five international airports. The Kushinagar Airport was recently inaugurated by PM Modi and the Ayodhya Airport will be ready by 2022. UP already has international airports in Lucknow and Varanasi.
