In Uttar Pradesh, a BJP politician Shrikant Tyagi was allegedly booked by the Noida Police for allegedly assaulting a woman after a spat. On August 5, a spat took place at Grand Omaxe society in Sector-93B here when the woman objected to the plantation of some trees by Shrikant Tyagi. After which, Tyagi abused the woman and also hurled abusive words at her husband with derogatory remarks about her.

Man Killed In Bhangel Area, Noida, Hunt For Accused Bikers Underway
Gullu Tyagi, a resident of Noida, was killed by some youth after a heated argument and fight in Noida. Although the incident happened on May 13, police confirmed details on May 16, and assured to nab the biker accused in the incident. Meanwhile, investigation reveals that the man had a fight with some bike-borne youth which lead to his death. A case has been registered and an investigation is underway.

Restaurant Staff Attacks Customers With Knife, Booked Under IPC Sections: Noida
In Noida, three staff of "Food Zilla" Chai Sutta restaurant and cafe, attacked customers with a knife, after a heated argument over a bill. On May 2, police registered a case and arrested the accused, who allegedly attacked two people Vishal and Rohit, who are currently being treated at a hospital. ACP of Noida Ranjvijay Singh registered a case under IPC sections and launched an investigation against owner and staff.

Noida Police Arrest 5 Members Of 'Govt Exam Solver' Gang
Noida Police arrested five members of an 'exam solver gang' for impersonating candidates in various government recruitment exams such as SSC, Allahabad High Court, Indian Coast Guard, HSSC, said the police on December 17. Reportedly, they impersonated about 12 to 15 candidates in the exams. ''The police charged Rs 6 to 7 lakh from each candidate to forge their documents and appear for the recruitment exams,'' said Ranvijay Sing, ADCP.
