FIR Registered Against Bigg Boss OTT Winner Elvish Yadav

Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav's name has been in an FIR lodged by Noida Police today for allegedly supplying snake venom at rave parties. The raid was conducted on November 2, following a complaint by an NGO working for animal welfare. Elvish Yadav along with five others, have been named in the FIR. Meanwhile, no official confirmation from Elvish's tea, has come in yet.

Fire Breaks Out At Call Centre In Noida’s Sector-3; 5 Rescued

A massive fire broke out at a call centre in Noida’s Sector-3, on September 30. The Chief Fire Officer (CFO) informed that the incident occurred at around 7:45 am. Soon after the incident, several fire tenders reached the spot to douse the fire, and at least five persons who were strapped inside have been rescued. The building has been identified as AEGIS call centre, which is located in second floor.

Noida Housing Society’s Wall Collapses; 4 Dead, 9 Rescued

In Uttar Pradesh’s Noida, the boundary wall of a residential complex in sector 21 collapsed, killing four people, on September 20. District Magistrate Suhas LY said that the incident took place after the boundary wall of the Jal Vayu Vihar Society collapsed during the cleaning work of a drain adjacent to it. The drain cleaning was reportedly conducted by the Noida authority.

Twin Towers Demolition Process To Begin Soon, Evacuation Over: Noida

Hours ahead of the demolition of Twins Towers in Noida, a huge police force has been deployed in the region. Furthermore, the National Disaster Relief Force (NDRF) and 506 cops are on alert, to ensure smooth demolition, on August 28, at 2:30 pm. In addition, the evacuation process has been completed. The NDRF and demolition officials assured no debris will be blown in the region  and process will be smooth

Noida Twin Towers All Set For Demolition, Police In Force To Vacate Area

The Supreme Court ended the 9-year-long battle of the twin-tower-demolition case in Noida, and announced the verdict in favour of the Residents Welfare Association. The towers Apex (32) and Ceyane (29)will be demolished by 2:00 pm, on August 28, as it violated many construction guidelines, due to which the Top Court ordered their demolition. 3,700 Kg Explosives Installed To Destroy Noida’s 40-Storey Twin Towers

In Uttar Pradesh’s Noida, over 3,700 kg of explosives have been installed to destroy Supertech’s 40-storey twin towers. The explosives have been installed on every floor of the building, which will all be connected to wires. The layout and wiring is expected to be completed in two to three days. The demolition is expected to be concluded within nine seconds once it commences on August 28, at around 2:30 pm.

Noida Twin Towers Rigged With 3,700 Kgs Of Explosives For Destruction

Supertech's two illegal towers in Noida have been outfitted with around 3,700 kg of explosives in preparation for their scheduled destruction on August 28. The installation of explosives during the charging phase was finished on August 22. On August 23, trunking will begin. On August 13, a total of 40 individuals, including blasters and skilled personnel, began simultaneously charging the Ceyane (29 storeys) and Apex (32 storeys) towers.

COVID & Flu Prevalent In Delhi-NCR, Viral Fever Affects 8 Out Of 10 Homes

Following an increase in COVID-19 instances, Delhi-NCR area is also seeing an alarming outbreak of viral fever, with eight out of ten homes displaying symptoms in the previous 30 days. The poll garnered over 11,000 replies from inhabitants of Delhi, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Noida, and Faridabad. In the recent 30 days, 54% of respondents said that at least two members of their household had one or more symptoms of viral fever.

3 Chief Fire Officers Booked For Issuing NoC To Twin Tower Buildings In Noida

In Noida, three chief fire officers were allegedly booked for giving a fire no objection certificate (NoC) to the twin towers. The case has been registered after an investigation conducted by a committee under the chairmanship of the Deputy Inspector General (DIG). As per the probe, the twin towers building violates basic building norms of the construction and could be demolished as per the SC orders.

BJP Worker Shrikant Tyagi's Bail Plea Rejected: Uttar Pradesh

A local Uttar Pradesh court rejected the bail application of a BJP worker Shrikant Tyagi in a cheating case and assaulting a woman at the Grand Omaxe Colony, in Noida. The case against Tyagi has been registered in Uttar Pradesh's Gautam Buddh Nagar district. Moreover, the court granted bail to two of Tyagi's aides who were accused of harbouring him during the period he went absconding from Noida.
