SC Transfer All FIRs Against Navika Kumar To Delhi Police
The Supreme Court clubbed and transferred all the registered cases against journalist Navika Kumar, regarding the controversial prophet remark by the suspended BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma. The case has been sent to the Delhi Police, on September 23. A bench of Justices MR Shah and Krishna Murari said no coercive action would be taken against Kumar for a period of eight weeks, with liberty to move the Delhi HC.

Doctor In Ghaziabad Receives Threats Of Beheading Via WhatsApp: Uttar Pradesh
In Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad, a doctor has allegedly received death threats from an unknown number via WhatsApp call. Dr Arvind Akela is reportedly associated to Hindu organisations, and makes a few statements. According to the complainant, the caller had a profile picture of a masked man, who over call, threatened to behead Akela. The police stated that Akela hasn’t asked for protection yet. SC Issues Interim Protection Orders For Times Now Anchor Navika Kumar
Times Now News Anchor Navika Kumar has been given interim protection by the Supreme Court. Nupur Sharma Gets Interim Relief From Arrest In Prophet Remark, SC
Nupur Sharma has been granted interim protection from arrests in the Mohammed Prophet remark case, registered in various cities in India. On July 19, the Supreme Court reviewed her petition, seeking a stay on arrest and directed police for no coercive action to be initiated against her in the FIRs, registered over the controversial remark. SC To Examine Plea Of Suspended BJP Spokesperson Nupur Sharma Seeking Protection From Arrest

Udaipur Beheading: Investigation Reveals Murderers Maintained Pak-Saudi Links
Investigation in the matter of Udaipur beheading incident, has revealed that the murderers made calls to Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, days before committing the crime. Also, the calls were made using VPN apps in mobile phone. Reportedly, accused Riyaz Attari, the knife welder, visited Saudi Arabia in 2019, and met with a Pakistani national.
