After 74 Years Of Wait, King Charles III Crowned As King Of England

King Charles III, who waited 74 years to become a king, is being crowned in a ceremony full of pomp, pageantry and solemn religious significance. The event is scheduled at Westminster Abbey, London when King Charles III took the Coronation Oath. Welby asked King Charles to confirm that he will uphold the law and the Church of England during his reign and pledged to "perform and keep" those promises.

Tripura CM Manik Saha Will Take Oath As MLA On July 8

Tripura CM Manik Saha, who won the by-election from Town Bardowali assembly seat, is scheduled to take oath as MLA on July 8, confirmed Tripura Speaker Ratan Chakraborty on July 4.  Furthermore, Saha also submitted his resignation as MP of Rajya Sabha to Vice President Venkaiah Naidu, after he won as the MLA. Notably, in May, Manik Saha became the first BJP CM of Tripura.

Odisha Cabinet Ministers Take Oath Aiming Reshuffle

In Odisha, a new cabinet of 13 elected ministers took oath on June 5, at 11:45 am, a day after 20 Naveen Patnaik-led Government Cabinet ministers (20) resigned. The step was taken aiming to reshuffle, paving way for new MLAs like Jagannath Saraka, Niranjan Pujari, and RP Swain and three women MLAs Pramila Mallick, Usha Devi, and Tukuni Sahu. Governor Ganeshi Lal administered the oath to 13 newly elected ministers.

2 Newly Elected Rajya Sabha Members From Telangana & Bihar Take Oath

After winning the Bhabanipur byelection with over 58,000 votes, West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee is set to take oath as an MLA at the State Assembly on October 7. Karnataka Cabinet Expansion Inducts New 29 Ministers; No Deputy CM
