36-Year-Old Odia Singer Tapu Mishra Succumbs To COVID-19
Tapu Mishra, the popular Odia playback singer passed away on June 19, at a private hospital after suffering from major COVID-19 complications. The 36-year-old singer had contributed her voice to more than 150 films. In the wake of raising funds for her treatment, Odisha's Cultural Department had funded Rs 1 lakh to her family. Reportedly, her family was supposed to shift her to Kolkata for the ECMO treatment.
