Delhi University To Provide 12-Day Online Orientation Session For CUET Students

Delhi University announced a 12-day online orientation-cum-guidance program for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2022, mainly for SC/ST candidates. From June 27 to July 8, 2022, the virtual event will be organized by the Dean Students' Welfare (DSW) in partnership with the Institute of Lifelong Learning (ILLL). Interested applicants can register online. Former DGP Initiates Online Science Programmes For School Students

Leading the physics experiments using fun elements, a 67-year old retired Director General of Police Anoop Jaiswal commenced free online science programmes for students. Considering the online programmes, DGP commented, "I would address 250 to 300 students, a mixed group spread across standards VI-XII." However, Jaiswal uses scientific toys, old cutlery, broken tubes, and empty bottles in his experiments.

Telangana CM Orders to Speed Up the Online Registration of Properties

Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao has directed officials to speed-up the process of 'online registration of properties' in the state. Speaking at a meeting about the 'Dharani Portal', he stated that all the residential and non-agricultural properties in both urban and rural areas have to be registered online within 15 days. He told that all the officials should join hands to increase the transparency in maintenance of land records.

Google Launches Online Tools for App Developers

Google has developed a new website 'ChromeOS.dev', for the Chrome OS developers, to help developers build android applications. The new platform will have features ranging from the latest news, product announcements, technical documentation and code samples, said Google in its blog post. The online platform facilitates app development for Android, Linux, Web, etc.
