Mentally Disable Person Swallows Weird Items, Doctors Remove Shocking Items

In a concerning case from Moga in Punjab, a 40-year-old man reported to be mentally unwell underwent a medical operation where the doctors removed shocking things from his stomach. The man complained of severe and long-term stomach ache drawing medical attention. He was operated on by the experts for three hours and items such as earphones, lockets, screws, and rakhis were removed from the person's stomach.

DCGA Extends Restriction On Operation Of SpiceJet Till October 29

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) extended restrictions on the low-cost airline SpiceJet to operate only 50% of departures till October 29, 2022.  On September 21, the DGCA, India's airline and airport regulatory body released a statement in this regard and also appreciated the reduction in a number of safety incidents. The DCGA issued a showcase notice to SpiceJet on July 6, amid safety concerns after many incidents.

World's First 3D-Printed 'Living Ear' Implanted Onto Patient With Microtia

A 3D-printed "living ear" was surgically implanted into a patient who was born with malformed ear. The operation will provide the woman with a fully developed ear manufactured from her own cells. It is still undergoing different safety inspections. 3D Bio is the biotechnology business that developed this process. "We believe this is the first time that a company has printed a whole, living body part," stated CEO Dan Cohen.

1 Terrorist Killed In Encounter In Jammu & Kashmir

One unidentified terrorist has been killed in an ongoing encounter in Tral region of Awantipora district of Jammu and Kashmir (union territory). On April 6, the encounter broke out between the security forces and the terrorists, which is still underway. Notably, the encounter broke out a day after one Lashkar-e-Taiba was apprehended by the UT police on April 4. Furthermore, this is a developing story, details are awaited.

Taliban Gives Permission To Turkey, Qatar To Run Kabul Airport

Kabul International Airport and four other airports in Afghanistan will jointly be operated by Turkey and Qatar, according to the media reports.
