Maharashtra: Agniveer's Body Brought To His Village For Last Rites
Maharashtra, last rites of Agniveer (Operator) Gawate Akshay Laxman begin after his mortal remains were brought today at his residence in Pimpalgaon Sarai village, Buldhana district. He is the first Agniveer who died in operations. He was deployed in the world’s highest battlefield Siachen Glacier. Moreover, recently GoI, announced to give compensation of over ₹1 crore, to families of Agniveer, died on line of duty.

Akasa Airline Ticket Sales Begin, Operation From August 7
New Indian airline, Akasa Air is all set to take off its first flight on August 7. Ahead of the flight services operations, the sale of tickets on official website and mobile app is available. The initial flights will be in cities; Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kochi and Bengaluru. From August 7, the airline will run 28 weekly flights between Ahmedabad-Mumbai, and later from August 13, it will start operations for Mumbai-Kochi.

Xiaomi India Appoints Alvin Tse As General Manager For Operations
Xiaomi India has appointed Alvin Tse as General Manager for its operations in the country. Announced on June 3, the company also welcomed Anuj Sharma as Chief Marketing Officer, handling the company's brand and marketing strategy.
