"We all respect the President, I don't want to drag the post of the President into any controversy today by recalling what Congress said about her. SC Rejects Plea Filed By 14 Opposition Parties

In a breaking news, the Supreme Court bench rejected the petition filed by opposition. Notably, on April 5, the Top Court rejected the plea filed by 14 non-BJP parties against the misuse of central agencies like the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI.) The court during the hearing said, "Can't make seperate rules for politicians". The opposition parties withdrew the plea.

Rajya Sabha Adjourned Sine Die Amid Opposition's Ruckus

The Rajya Sabha and the Lok Sabha were adjourned sine die, ahead of the scheduled end of the Union Budget Session 2022-2023.  As per PTI, Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu could not even read out his customary closing remarks amid ruckus by Shiv Sena leaders and opposition MPs in the parliament.
