Islamabad HC To Announce Verdict Against Former PM Imran Khan In Corruption Case
The Islamabad High Court is set to announce its verdict on Tuesday on former Pakistan prime minister Imran Khan’s plea seeking the suspension of his three-year jail term in the Toshakhana corruption case. A division bench comprising Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice Aamir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri reserved the verdict, which is to be announced on August 29.

Session Court Issues Non Bailable Arrest Warrant Against Imran Khan

Pakistan Court Asks India To Appoint Lawyer For Kulbhushan Jadhav, Sets Deadline
The IHC asked the Indian Government to appoint a lawyer for Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav, by April 13. "Kulbhushan Jadhav cannot be denied the "right to a fair trial, said court, emphasising on the need of a lawyer to argue the death sentence, announced for Jadhav. The 51-year-old retired Indian Navy officer, was sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court on charges of espionage and terrorism in April 2017.
