Session Court Issues Non Bailable Arrest Warrant Against Imran Khan
In another drawback for former Pakistan PM Imran Khan, the Pakistan Government issues a non-bailable warrant against Khan. Pakistan Court Asks India To Appoint Lawyer For Kulbhushan Jadhav, Sets Deadline
The IHC asked the Indian Government to appoint a lawyer for Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav, by April 13. "Kulbhushan Jadhav cannot be denied the "right to a fair trial, said court, emphasising on the need of a lawyer to argue the death sentence, announced for Jadhav. The 51-year-old retired Indian Navy officer, was sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court on charges of espionage and terrorism in April 2017.
