Release Imran Khan Immediately, Pakistan SC Order NAB

The Supreme Court of Pakistan, ordered the anti corruption watchdogs, which arrested Mr. Imran Khan on corruption charges to produce him before the Supreme Court.  The directives to present Khan in the court came after Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Ata Bandial termed the PTI leader's arrest from the premises of Islamabad High Court (IHC) as a mighty disgrace to the country's judicial establishment.

Produce Imran Khan Before Court Within Hour: Pak SC

The Pakistan High Court ordered the NAB to produce Khan before the court, within an hour. The ordered came after the court lashed out at the Anti Corruption watchdog, of arresting former Pakistan PM Imran Khan from the court premises, without permission, on May 10. The court said that the agency committed "contempt of court." The directive was issued by a three-member bench, comprising CJ of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial

Pak PM Imran Khan To Face No Trust Vote, Says SC Judgement

The Pakistan Supreme Court announced its judgement in the ongoing Pakistan Government political crisis and said, the PM Imran Khan will face 'No Trust Vote' on April 9, at 10 am. The bench headed by Justice Bandial said, PM is bound by constitution and can't suggest President to dissolve the Assembly. The court further said, ruling to dismiss the no-trust motion against Imran Khan was a violation of Article 95.
