Pakistan Minister Holds Meeting With IMF Over $7 Billion Loan
The Pakistani government has received a memorandum on the terms and conditions from the IMF for the completion of a USD 7 billion loan programme. Pakistan Finance Minister Ishaq Dar confirmed the development with awaited staff-level-agreement after a meeting with the IMF delegation. It is to be noted, Pakistan is facing a major economic crisis, and is looking for a loan to overcome the crisis.

India Can Go To Hell, Says Former Pak Cricketer Miandad
The war of words amid the venue of the upcoming Asia Cup, between the BCCI and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) continues. Suicide Blast At Mosque Kills 17 People, Leaves 95 Injured In Pakistan

Pakistan wicket-keeper batter Mohammad Rizwan is set to undergo a precautionary MRI scan after sustaining a strain in his right leg during the five-wicket win over arch-rivals India. Popular Politician, TV Host Aamir Liaquat Found Dead In Karachi
Prominent TV host and politician Aamir Liaquat was found dead the unconscious at his residence, in Karachi, Pakistan, on June 9. The 50-year-old was rushed to the hospital, where he was declared dead. The body has been sent for postmortem and reports are awaited. Highlighting Liaquat's career, was questionable after he was banned from television for his hate speech. The case is under investigation.

PM Imran Khan Ousted After Losing Trust Vote: Pakistan
Pakistan PM Imran Khan is no more in power, after the "No-Trust-Vote", which happened in the wee hours of April 10. Notably, The opposition parties secured the support of 174 members in the 342-member National Assembly, more than the needed strength of 172 to oust PM Imran Khan. Pakistan PM Imran Khan conducted a Federal Cabinet meeting, ahead of the 'no-trust-vote' in Islamabad, on April 8. During the meeting, Khan discussed Pakistan's political scenario and SC's ruling out Deputy Speaker's decision.
