India and Bangladesh flagged off New Jalpaiguri-Dhaka Mitali Express on June 1, confirmed Northeast Frontier Railway. Fire Breaks Out In Saharanpur-Delhi Train Near Meerut: Uttar Pradesh
In Uttar Pradesh's Meerut, a fire broke out in the passenger train's engine and in two compartments at Daurala railway station on March 5. "Cause of the fire is not ascertained. No injuries or casualties have been reported," said the Indian Railways Traffic Inspector, YK Jha. Notably, the train was going from Saharanpur to Delhi.
