"Harry Potter" fame Robbie Coltrane passed away at the age of 72 years, on October 15. Coltrane who played Hagrid in "Harry Potter" died at hospital in Falkirk, Scotland, confirmed his agent Belinda Wright. Besides playing Hagrid, Coltrane was seen in many TV shows, James Bond series and movies. Robbie is survived by his sister Annie Rae, his children Spencer and Alice and their mother Rhona Gemmell. 

Tulsi Tanti, the founder chairman and managing director of Suzlon Energy and renowned expert on renewable energy died due to cardiac arrest on the evening of October 1, said a company official on October 2. Tanti, 64, who was also the chairman of the Indian Wind Turbine Manufacturers Association, was on his way to Pune from Ahmedabad when he suffered a cardiac arrest. An official statement regarding demise is awaited.

Renowned infectious disease specialist Dr Om Shrivastava, who was also a member of the state Covid taskforce, passed away after prolonged illness. Shrivastava, 55, took his last breathe on September 28, while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Mumbai.  “Deeply sad to lose a close friend, a colleague and a fellow researcher Dr Shrivastav. Indian Archaeologist and Padma Vibhushan awardee BB Lal (101) passed away on September 10. Upon hearing his demise, PM Narendra Modi paid rich tributes. "He will be remembered as a great intellectual who "deepened our connect with our rich past", tweeted Modi. Moreover, Lal was the director general of the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) and had found temple-like pillars during excavation at the Ayodhya site in Ayodhya, UP.
