This 13-Year-Old Cat Jumps Rope 9 Times In Sixty Seconds, Makes Guinness World Record

A video showcasing the impressive jump-roping skills of Kit Kat, a 13-year-old tabby cat, who created a world record. A video of the cat was recently shared on the official YouTube channel of Guinness World Records (GWR).  Alongside his owner Trisha Seifried, the talented feline jumped the rope nine times within a minute. The cat is a 13-year-old cat from Missouri, USA, and trained with her owner  Trisha.

Bengaluru To Make Microchipping Of Pet Dogs Mandatory

In Bengaluru, pet dogs may have 11-digit microchips that provide information on the owner, immunization, age, and breed. It will be implanted in the pet's neck. If a pet parent fails to register, a fee of Rs 1,000 will be assessed, along with Rs 300 per day until registration is completed. The law will be released in 15 days. The act makes it illegal to raise violent and hound breeds.

Noida Authority Launches App For Pet Registration

Noida Authority launched a pet registration app for pet owners. Pet owners are obliged to register their pet on the app within 15 days of purchasing a license from the concerned authority. The license fee is Rs.1000 per year. Non-pet owners can use the app for filing a complaint if a pet litters in a public place or creates disruptions. As of now, the app is available only on Android.

Delhi To Have Its First Pet Crematorium With Priest To Perform Rituals

Delhi will soon get its first animal crematorium for cats and dogs in the Dwarka sector. The South Delhi Municipal Corporation will build the crematorium spread over 700 square metres, where animals will be cremated with rituals presided by priests.
