A Delhi Court announced nine-days remand to the former Mumbai Police commissioner Sanjay Pandey. The Enforcement Directorate custody has been given in connection with a case filed under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) pertaining to phone tapping. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has registered a money laundering case against former Mumbai Police Commissioner Sanjay Pandey, and two former NSE chief executive officers Chitra Ramakrishna and Ravi Narain. Ashok Gehlot, Others Summoned In Phone-Tapping Case: Rajasthan
A Jaipur court has issued notices to CM Ashok Gehlot and other leaders in connection with a phone tapping case, during 2020 political crisis. In addition, the court asked them to appear before it on March 16. The notices were issued on the petition filed by advocate OP Solanki, on behalf of Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Shekhawat, alleging Congress of tapping the phones of politicians, leaked by Lokesh Sharma.
