Coffee Industry To Be Brought Under Agriculture Ministry: Piyush Goyal
The central government is to revise the provisions of the Coffee Act 1942, by removing redundant clauses which seem to create hurdles in India's coffee trade. Reportedly, while holding a meeting with stakeholders of the Coffee Industry on September 18, Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal has banished the concern of closing the organization. Maha: Railway Employee's Dare Saves A Child Fallen On Railway Track
A quick response by a railway official saved the life of a child at Maharashtra's Vangani railway station. Reportedly, the child fell on the railway track with train approaching on same track. Risking his life, railway pointsman Mayur Shelke rushed towards the child recuing him just in time. Sharing the rescue video, Railway minister Piyush Goyal assuring rewards tweeted "the entire rail family is proud of him."

Only 686 Of 7,349 Railway Stations Under CCTV Surveillance: Goyal
Union Minister Piyush Goyal on March 24 stated that out of 7,349 railway stations, 686 have been equipped with CCTV cameras.
