Remains Of Crashed F-16 Jet Plane Found In Chiayi County: Taiwan
Suspected remains of the crashed F-16V pilot were found by Taiwan's search and rescue teams. The F-16V fighter jet crashed off the nation's southwest coast on January 11. At Dongshi Township in Chiayi's County at 4 pm, captain Chen Yi's human remains were found, reported Taiwanese military. The remains will be analyzed on January 14. On January 11, the F-16V plane vanished from the radar during a training mission.

Famous Brazailian Singer Marilia Mendonca Dies In Plane Crash
Brazil's popular singer, Marilia Mendonca with four other people, including her uncle, her producer, and two crew members, died in a plane crash in South-eastern Minas Gerais state on November 5. She was 26. Reportedly, she was travelling to perform at a concert on the same evening in Caratinga. Mendonca, ''Queen of Suffering'', had also become the most listened to artist on Spotify in Brazil in 2020.

IAF Aircraft Crashes In Madhya Pradesh's Bhind; Pilot Evacuates Safely
Officials reported an Indian Air Force (IAF) plane crashed in Madhya Pradesh's Bhind area on October 21. Bhind Superintendent of Police Manoj Kumar Singh said that the pilot evacuated safely before the plane crashed in Mankabagh town in the district. After the accident, the plane caught fire. "An IAF Mirage 2000 aircraft experienced a technical malfunction during a training sortie in the central sector this morning," the IAF tweeted.

Russin's L-410 Plane Crashes In Tatarstan, 16 Feared Dead
Russia's emergency ministry said an L-410 plane carrying 23 people crashed in the Republic of Tatarstan on October 10. However, seven out of 23 people have been rescued and the rest 16 are reportedly died. As per the local health ministry, seven people have been rushed to the hospital, including one in ''very serious condition''. Notably, this is the third accident of the L-410 plane in the country.

In a video on YouTube, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on September 2 revealed that his father Rajiv Gandhi had stopped brother Sanjay Gandhi as not fly the S-2A Pitts aircraft, killing him in 1980. Claiming himself a trained pilot, Rahul said, ''When you don't have the experience and you fly. It's easy to kill yourself.'' Moreover, his uncle didn't have enough experience of "flying that plane," he added.

8 Dead After Russian Water Bomber Plane Crashed In Turkey
Eight people have lost their lives after a Russian water-dropping plane ''B-200'' crashed on August 14 at around 1:30 pm (GMT) in Turkey's Adana city. According to the authorities, the deceased includes five Russian citizens and three Turkish men who were involved in the firefighting mission. The plane was deployed by Russia in July to help in extinguishing the unprecedented wildfire across Turkey.

Kozhikode Plane Crash Victims Offered Final Compensation: Air India
After releasing interim compensation to the 19 kin's of deceased and 165 people who were injured in a plane crash in Kerala's Kozhikode district on August 7, 2020, Air India Express now offered the final compensation to the victims. Reportedly, 80 out of 184 accepted the offer till August 6 while the rest are yet to accept. The company's spokesperson said, ''We've not received any rejection on the offers".

Maharastra: Trainer Killed, Trainee-pilot Critically Injured
In a tragic crash of a two-seater Italian-made aircraft, Noorul Ameen, a 28-year-old pilot-instructor was killed in Maharastra's Jalgoan on June 16. However, a 22-year-old trainee pilot Anshika Gurjar, who was also flying in the same aircraft is survived with multiple fractures. Reportedly, the aircraft is owned by the NMIMS Academy of Aviation at Shirpur, Dhule. The cause of the accident is yet to be ascertained.
