SC Rejects Petition Of YouTuber Manish Kashyap
The Supreme Court (SC) refused to entertain the plea of YouTuber Manish Kashyap, seeking to club all the FIRs registered against him. In a breaking news, the Apex Court heard the plea and dismissed it. Notably, YouTuber Manish Kashyap is jailed since months after being arrested in stringent National Security Act (NSA) for allegedly circulating fake videos of migrant labourers being attacked in Tamil Nadu.

SC Rejects Plea Filed By 14 Opposition Parties
In a breaking news, the Supreme Court bench rejected the petition filed by opposition. Notably, on April 5, the Top Court rejected the plea filed by 14 non-BJP parties against the misuse of central agencies like the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI.) The court during the hearing said, "Can't make seperate rules for politicians". The opposition parties withdrew the plea.
