The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML), deboards 30,000 passengers daily for not being vaccinated against COVID-19. PMC Plans To Buy 50 CNG Buses To Minimize Use Of Private Vehicles
In an attempt to minimize private vehicle usage, the Pune Municipal Corporation has planned to acquire 50 CNG buses to be run in populated locations. Moreover, the PMC announced an initiative to travel the whole day in the city buses for Rs 10. Besides, they have planned to purchase busses for the scheme. Reportedly, the scheme, which was slated for April 2020, was not released due to the pandemic.
