Auto Driver Robbed Of His Gold Chain Worth Rs 50,000
In Mumbai's Mira Road, an auto-driver identified as Rajendra Rama Yadav (50) was robbed off a gold chain worth Rs 50,000, confirmed police on March 23. Notably, two people posing as passengers allegedly offered a cold drink to Rajendra. In the drink, the thieves posed as passengers and felt unconscious, and woke up two days later, at a hospital. Later, the auto-driver rushed to the police and registered a case.

Father-In-Law Beats Woman For Working, Video Goes Viral
A video is going viral on social media platform, in which a 26-year-old woman in Delhi was grievously injured after her father-in-law hit her with a brick. The incident occurred on March 14, and went viral on social media, following which the police registered a case. In the video, the victim Kajal is being beaten by her father-in-law, after she expressed her desire to work and support husband Praveen Kumar.

Pune Techie Murders Wife, Kid: Commits Suicide
In Pune, a 44-year-old techie allegedly murdered his wife and eight-year-old son at their residence and later, committed suicide. Identified as Sudipto Ganguly, he murdered his wife Priyanka and son Tanishka on March 15, confirmed sources. The incident came to light after the victim's brother tried to contact him but got no response. Furthermore, the police registered a case and launched an investigation into the matter.

BR Ambedkar Statue Desecrated In UP Village, Case Registered
In Uttar Pradesh's Bhikhipur Village, a statue of BR Ambedkar has been desecrated, confirmed sources. The incident occurred in Bhadohi district the night before Holi, police said on March 8. As of now, the police has registered a case under the matter. Furthermore, a new statue has been installed in its place, said Police. BSP district president Jai Prakash Chowdhary said that the incident has caused anger among the people.

16-Year-Old Raped In Rajasthan's Alwar District; 4 Arrested Including 1 Minor
In Rajasthan's Alwar district, a minor girl (16) was allegedly raped, confirmed police on April 21. As per PTI, the incident happened on April 19, near the victim's house. The SHO registered a case based on the complaint filed by the victim's father and arrested the four accused, including one minor who has been booked under the relevant sections of IPC, and an investigation is underway.
