Helpline To Report Cyber Fraud Cases In India Launched
The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has launched a national helpline number, 155260, to report cyber fraud cases. Reportedly, a banner link has also been added on National Consumer Helpline (NCH) portal which helps to directly lodge any complaint on Cyber Crime Portal. Indian Govt Launches National Helpline, Portal Services For Senior Citizens
On the occasion of International Day for Old People, Vice President Venkaiah Naidu unveiled a national helpline and an online portal to help senior citizens across India in New Delhi on October 1. The helpline number 14567, will be active for 12 hours a day to resolve the citizens' grievances. The portal, Senior Able Citizens for Re-Employment in Dignity (SACRED), will provide them suitable jobs to live self-reliant life.
