Chhattisgarh’s Bastar district administration has helped a mentally ill Tamil Nadu man to reunite with his family after 10 years. 70-year-old Man Returns On Diwali After Serving 8 Years In Pakistan's Prison

All prayers to meet his daughters were answered, when Shamsuddin (70) was finally able to meet his family after 8 years. Shamsuddin was jailed in Pakistan under espionage and fake passport charges since 2012. He was released and had reached India on October 26 via the Attari-Wagah border, and was serving his 14-day-quarantine period in Amritsar. He was handed over to his family in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur on November 15.
