Postponed

The Telangana Engineering Common Entrance Test, TS ECET 2022, has been rescheduled by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) because of the state's severe rainfall. The TS ECET 2022 was slated to take place on July 12. The new dates for the TS ECET-2022 will be announced later. Due to severe rainfall, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao recently issued three-day school holidays beginning July 11.

About two fixtures of the 2021-22 Women's National Cricket League have been postponed by Cricket Australia on January 4, over the restrictions on border. The matches were scheduled to be played between Tasmania and Western Australia at Blundstone Arena on January 7 and 9. However, owing to restrictions imposed between the two states, the matches will now be played on March 9 and March 11.

The Union Public Service Commission on May 13 announced to postpone the civil service preliminary exam from June 27 to October 10, 2021. The commission said “Due to the prevailing conditions caused by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the Union Public Service Commission has deferred the civil services (preliminary) examination”. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released a revised date sheet for the upcoming board examinations for grades 10 and 12. The science and maths exams for class 10 have been postponed to May 21 and June 2. While the physics exam for grade 12 will now transpire on June 8, Mathematics and Applied Mathematics papers will befall on May 31. Moreover, the Geography exam will be held on June 3.
