Amid a power outage issue in the Narsipatnam area, a woman in labor gave birth in a candle, torch, and mobile phone light at the state-run NTR Government hospital. Although the bizarre incident happened on April 7, it came to light on April 8 and went viral. Notably, located near the newly formed Andhra Pradesh district, the hospital area is facing power cut issues for the past two days.
