Leopard Population In India Soars By Over 60%; Highest In MP

A recently released report ‘Status of Leopard in India' has shown a significant growth in the number of big cats. 51st International Film Festival Of India Now Scheduled In Jan 2021

Union Minister Prakash Javadekar on December 16 revealed the dates for the 51st International Film Festival of India. The film gala, first scheduled from November 20-28 this year, will now be hosted from January 16-24, 2021 in Goa. Union Clears Rs 3,500 Crore Subsidy To Sugarcane Farmers For FY21

For the Financial Year 2020-21, the Union government has sanctioned Rs 3,500 crore subsidy to sugar factories for exporting 60 lakh tons of sugar. Moreover, the government said subsidy will be a part of outstanding bills of mills and will be directly transferred to 5 crore farmers' accounts.
