Bombay HC Grants Pre Arrest Bail To Pregnant Woman Accused For Husband's Suicide
Reviewing a petition, the Bombay HC granted pre-arrest bail to a pregnant woman accused of abetting her husband's suicide. Ensuring the safety of the pregnant woman and her baby, the vacation bench of Justice Milind Jadhav said, although the charges are serious, the accused is six-months pregnant, therefore has been granted pre-arrest bail. 12-Year-Old Allegedly Impregnates Teenage Girlfriend, Booked
A 12-year-old boy has been arrested in Tamil Nadu for allegedly impregnating his 17-year-old girlfriend. The girl just recently gave birth to a baby a few days back. Both the girl and the boy are said to have been in a relationship for years. The boy has been booked under provisions of the POCSO Act. He has been lodged at the Government Home in the Thanjavur district.

Man Rapes 13 Year Old & Impregnate Her, Arrested In Mumbai
A neighbour allegedly raped a 13-year-old, when she used to be home alone, for months in Mumbai. The incident came to light, when the victim complained of stomach ache and was found to be five-months pregnant. Victim's parents registered a FIR and police arrested the accused from Mira Road. He has been charged under 376 IPC section and POCSO Act, and will be produced in the court on March 25.
