35 Weeks Premature Baby Born With True Human Tail: Brazil
Doctors were left speechless after a boy was prematurely born in 35 weeks, with a human tail. The tail began to grow in the worm and developed an embryonic appendage after 4-8 weeks of gestation like all babies. In this rare case, a 6-inch posterior protuberance with a 1.5-inch wide ball at the end of the tail was formed. Reportedly, only 40 such cases have been recorded in history.

Rape Survivor Flushes Her Pre-Mature Baby In Hospital's Toilet: Kerala
In a shocking incident, a juvenile girl, who was reportedly raped and impregnated by a 20-year-old, gave birth to a premature baby at Kochi's private hospital toilet on September 2. Reportedly, the minor girl had come to the hospital for a checkup while she flushed the baby into the toilet. However, the matter was only disclosed after patients complained of a fetus in the washroom.

Distressed Mother Beheads 35-Day-Old Daughter In Bengal
A 28-year-old woman was arrested on August 13 in West Bengal's Nadia district for beheading her 35-day-old premature daughter using a sharp weapon and throwing her head away. The matter came to light when the woman's mother found blood on her hands. She said her daughter was ''suffering from some neurological disease''. The Police are investigating the matter and also found the torso inside the washroom.

World's Most Premature Baby Celebrates First Birthday
Richard Hutchinson, who made it to the Guinness World Record as the World's Most Premature baby to survive, celebrates his first birthday on June 5. Dr. Stacy during the prenatal counseling gave "a 0% chance of survival" of the baby to his parents.The boy was delivered in 21 weeks and weighed one-tenth of the required weight. Richard was small enough to fit in the hand's palm.
