Kia India Launches First Electric Vehicle, EV6 In India
Amid the trend of electric vehicles in India, Kia Motors India launched EV6, a new segment into the electric vehicles. Priced at Rs 59.95 lakh, the car aims for a dedicated EV platform. This is the first EV of Kia India, after its parent company, Kia Corporation announced $22.22 billion investment for operations for five years. The company said, ''We are fully capable of manufacturing EVs for India".

Bitcoin Price Drops To 0.69% From 8% In Four Days

Cooking Gas Cylinder Price Hiked By Rs 50
The price of a cooking gas cylinder has been hiked by fifty rupees. This marks the second such price hike in just a matter of a few days. A non-subsidised gas cylinder would now cost Rs 999.5. This gas price hike comes amid rising costs of petrol and diesel. The rise in gas and fuel prices is being chalked up to the Ukraine-Russia conflict.

Petrol Price Hiked In Delhi & Other Metro Cities; Details Here
The National Capital witnessed a hike of 80 paise per litre in diesel prices, on March 22. In addition, petrol will now cost Rs 96.21 per litre as against Rs 95.41 previously while diesel is Rs 87.47. Indian oil companies didn't hike prices since November. Furthermore, Petrol & diesel prices per litre- Rs 110.82 & Rs 95.00 in Mumbai; Rs 105.51 & Rs 90.62 in Kolkata.

Govt Reduces Import Taxes On Vegetable Oils Before Festivals
In the wake of upcoming festivals, the Indian government has announced to reduce the base import taxes on edible oils such as palm oil, soy oil, and sunflower oil. Reportedly, the government has reduced the taxes from 10% to 2.5% on crude palm oil, and 2.5% from 7.5% on crude soy and sunflower oil. Moreover, the tax on refined grades of the three oils is reduced to 32.5%.
