Prince Charles To Become King Of England Following Queen Elizabeth’s Death

Following the death of Queen Elizabeth II on September 8, Charles has become the King of England. The nation is presently mourning its longest reigned monarch, who died at the age of 96. Prince Charles, who is 73-years-old, will be crowned the king in a traditional ceremony dating back to hundreds of years. Charles has his own set of challenges coming up, as Scotland is pressing for independence.

Prince Charles Steps Up To Help India Amid Sweeping COVID Crisis

British Royal Prince Charles' charity 'The British Asian Trust' has pledged to help India against COVID-19. Charles stated he has "great love for India" and was "deeply saddened" for the country. The charity is raising funds, under its emergency appeal "Oxygen for India", to buy concentrators to tackle the oxygen deficiency. Charles' official Twitter handle wrote, "As India has helped others, so now we must help India".
