Saving Earth Is More Important Than Space Tourism: Prince William

Instead of focusing on space tourism, Prince William advised that businesses focus on protecting Earth. People should be "trying to repair this planet, not trying to find the next place to go and live," said William. He said the "climate anxiety" is on the rise among youths. William spoke about the Earthshot-Prize, five people will receive the awards who're saving the world, each of whom will receive £1 million.

Prince William Launches ‘Earthshot Prize’ Environment Award Worth £50m

The Duke of Cambridge, Prince William on October 8 launched a multi-million-pound global prize, the Earthshot Prize, which is targeted at repairing major environmental issues by 2030. A total cash prize of £50 million will be given over a decade under the categories of protecting and restoring nature, cleaner air, minimizing waste, saving oceans, and climate change.
