Municipal Administration Secretary Shiv Das Meena, chaired a meeting on November 15 to solve the public toilet problems in Chennai and other parts of the states. Reportedly, a pre-bid meeting will also be held this week with private entities to discuss the development of toilets at 50 locations of the city. The public toilets will be developed and run by private bodies for eight years.
