Adani Acquires Mumbai Airport, Controls 33% Of India's Air Cargo
According to a press release, the Adani Group acquires Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL) and will begin construction of the greenfield airport in Navi Mumbai. Adani owns a 74% stake in MIAL. Meanwhile, in addition to the six airports, Adani now possesses MIAL. The multinational conglomerate will control 25% of the passenger traffic and 33% of India's air freight, making it India's largest airport infrastructure company.

Airports Authority Hands Over Three More Airports To Adani Group
In a bid to privatise airports, the Airports Authority of India on January 19 signed a 'concession agreement' with the Adani Group making them concessionaires of Guwahati, Jaipur and Thiruvanthapuram airports for the next 50 years.
