Mutilated body of a man, with hands and legs chopped off, was found near farmers’ protest site at the Singhu border in the early hours of October 15. The man was brutally murdered and his body found was found tied to a police barricade. the gruesome incident has caused huge outrage among the farmers. Chinese army personnel and civilians protested against the celebration of Tibetan leader Dalai Lama's birthday in Indian villages by entering Demchok in Ladakh and displaying banners and the Chinese flag.
