Pulwama Jawan's Widows Call For Protest Against Congress CM Gehlot

After the Rajasthan Police detained BJP leader Kirodi Lal Meena, party workers held another protest in Jaipur, against the Ashok Gehlot-led Congress Government. Notably, the protest of widows' of jawans, who died in the Pulwama attack, came after Ashok Gehlot accused Mr Meena of using widows for political gains. Mr Meena, in turn, has accused the police of "trying to kill him". The protest intensified in Jaipur.

Amit Shah Pays Tribute To Martyrs Of 2019 Pulwama Attack

Home Minister Amit Shah, who was on a four-day visit to Jammu & Kashmir along with Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, laid a floral wreath at the memorial constructed for the victims of the 2019 Pulwama attack carried out by Jaish-e-Mohammad. The attack took place in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district on an ongoing CRPF convoy. Days later India carried out an airstrike on Balakot terror training camp in Pakistan.

Prime Accused In 2019 Pulwama Attack Killed In J&K Encounter

A top Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) commander, in addition to one other terrorist, who was the alleged masterminds behind the 2019 Pulwama terror attack on CRPF were killed during a fire exchange by the security forces in Kashmir's Pulwama district of J&K. The incident took place during a search operation in the forest. Inspector general of police Vijay Jumar identified the commander as Ismail Alvi, a relative of Masood Azhar.

Inspirational: Wife Of Pulwama Martyr Officer Joins Indian Army

Nikita Kaul, wife of Pulwama martyr Major Vibhuti Shankar Dhoundiyal, was inducted into the Indian Army on May 29, after over two years of her husband's death. The Ministry of Defence PRO Udhampur Twitter handle shared the news by posting a video showing Lt Gen YK Joshi pipping the stars on Nikita's shoulders. Major Dhoundiyal was killed in the 2019 Pulwama attack and was conferred the Shaurya Chakra posthumously.
