Punishable

The Supreme Court has stated that any person dealing in narcotic drugs is not entitled to get relaxed punishment even if s/he is poor or sole bread earner. The apex court gave the decision while entertaining a plea that had demanded a respite in a drug accused's 15-year imprisonment punishment on the ground of him being poor. The court observed the narcotic drug dealers are instrument in causing several deaths.
