In a big relief for Jacqueline Fernandez, the actress can now leave the country without prior permission from the court. The actress is currently under bail in connection with the Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. Stay Order On Bulldozer Action In Violence Hit Nuh Region: Haryana
The Punjab and Haryana High Court on August 7, stayed the Haryana government's bulldozer action in Nuh. Over 150 shanties and other establishments such as shops and chemist shops were demolished in the demolition drive which was in its fourth day. The Haryana government had also ordered bulldozer action against a restaurant-hotel and tiles showroom which were allegedly used to pelt stones during the violence on July 31.

Punjab Court Summons Mallikarjun Kharge In Defamation Case
A Punjab court on Monday summoned Congress party chief Mallikarjun Kharge in a Rs 100 cores defamation case over the party equating the banned Islamic outfit Popular Front of India (PFI) with the Bajrang Dal, the youth wing of the Sangh-affiliated Vishwa Hindu Parishad, in its Karnataka Assembly election manifesto. In this regard, a case was registered against the INC President. Hitesh Bharadwaj filed the case against Mallikarjun Kharge.
