France Ready To Sell More Rafale Jets If India Needs, Says Florence Parly
Defence Minister of France, Florence Parly, on December 17, said that if India demands more Rafale jets, "we're ready to supply more". She further stated that the 36 aircrafts will be delivered on time. ''I'm very happy that the Indian Air Force is satisfied with Rafale,'' said Parly. Reportedly, India signed a deal to purchase 36 Rafales jets in 2016 for a price of Rs 59,000 crore.

US Govt Nods For Boeing's New F-15EX Fighter Jet Supply To India
American aircraft maker Boeing is free to supply its F-15EX fighter jets to the Indian air force as the former has been licensed by the US government. The company is officially in the race with Sweden's Gripen and France's Rafale to fulfil India's forage of 114 multi-role aircraft. An official from Boeing said, "the marketing licence it allows us to talk to the Indian Air Force directly about the capability of the fighter."
