BCCI Yet To Decide On Jasprit Bumrah's Replacement, Shami On Standby
The Board of Control from Cricket in India (BCCI) is yet to take a decision on the replacement of Jasprit Bumrah, for the T20 Internationals ICC World Cup. Notably, after the recent injury of Bumrah, he has been ruled out of the tournament. Moreover, the team India head coach, Rahul Dravid said, "We still have time and Shami is on standby". The tournament is set to begin from October 23.

Amid the buzz about who'll lead as Team India coach in the T20 after Ravi Shastri's final endeavor as the coach, which will commence from October 17, media reports suggested batting-legend Rahul Dravid would replace him. Rahul Dravid To Become Head Coach, To Replace Ravi Shastri: BCCI
Former Indian cricket team captain, Rahul Dravid will take over the position of head coach of the Indian cricket team, and replace Ravi Shashtri, after the T20 World Cup in UAE. Reportedly, BCCI wants Dravid to take up the responsibility till 2023. Bowling and fielding coaches' tenure will also end after the T20 World Cup. "Dravid is the best choice for the Indian team at the moment.", said BCCI.

Rahul Dravid To Coach Team India For Sri Lanka Tour: BCCI
BCCI secretary Jay Shah confirmed that the former India team captain Rahul Dravid will be the head coach of Indian cricket team on tour of Sri Lanka. However, Shikhar Dhawan-led team India will play three ODI’s followed by as many T20I’s at R Premadasa Cricket Stadium in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The team will undergo 3 day soft quarantine and will leave for Colombo on June 28.
