Raj Kundra & Shilpa Shetty File Rs 50 Crore Defamation Suit Against Sherlyn Chopra
Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra filed a defamation suit of Rs 50 crore against Sherlyn Chopra. Reportedly, Sherlyn Chopra had filed a case against Raj Kundra for cheating, sexual harassment and criminal intimidation on October 14. Furthermore, Shetty and Kundra have asked for a public apology from the actress. However, Live Law has reported Sherlyn's accusations against the couple as "false" and "baseless".

No Relief From Bombay HC, Raj Kundra To Remain In Custody
The Bombay High Court on August 7 rejected actor Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra and accused Ryan Thorpe's plea demanding bail. Kundra alleged in the petition that the police cheated him by calling him to record his statement and arresting him instead. Notably, Kundra and Thorpe are in judicial custody and were arrested on July 19 and 20, respectively.

Raj Kundra Case: 51 Pornographic Films Seized
Mumbai crime branch has confiscated 51 pornographic films concerning the "Raj Kundra" porn case. Meanwhile, the seized porn content was presented to the bench of Justice Ajay Gadakari by the public prosecutor Aruna Pai. Kundra now faces accusations of destroying evidence and has been sentenced to prison for seven years. The Hearing of Kundra's case and punishment will take place on August 2.

Shilpa Shetty Sues Media Over False Reporting, Demands Rs 20 crore
Shilpa Shetty Kundra filed a defamation case against 29 media personnel and media houses for ''false reporting and maligning her image'' in connection with the husband Raj Kundra's arrest in the pornography case. Moreover, she demanded to direct the defendants to remove the defamatory content and issue an "unconditional" apology. Besides, she demanded compensation of Rs 20 crore together with 18% annual interest.
