The Kolkata Knight Rider's all-rounder Shardul Thakur gave a magnificent performance in the IPL match of KKR V/S RCB. Shah Rukh Khan, the owner of KKR gave a standing ovation, when Shardul scored joint fastest half-century in the IPL 2023 so far, with three sixes and eight fours. The KKR V/S RCB match was historic moment for the host team, at Eden Garden, Kolkata, where the team won with 80-runs.

BCCI Reduces Ban Of RR PLayer Ajit Chandila To 7 Years

The BCCI Ombudsman Vineet Saran has reduced former Rajasthan Royal player Ajit Chandila's life ban. On February 21, Saran announced a reduction of a ban to 7 years, for his involvement in the IPL 2013 spot-fixing scandal. The three cricketers involved in that ‘spot-fixing’ scam – S Sreesanth, Ankeet Chavan and Chandila were given a life ban. However, the bans of Sreesanth and Chavan were overturned two years back.
