Rahul Gandhi pitched for the upcoming Karnataka elections and promised few welfares for the people. Unemployed graduates in Karnataka will be given Rs 3,000 per month for two years and diploma holders Rs 1,500 per month for the same duration, free-electricity, the government charges 40 per cent as commission from contractors, which will be stopped if the Indian National Congress voted in the power.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar announced on November 5 that Bihar Assembly Elections 2020 will be his last to contest. The surprise announcement came when the three-time CM was campaigning at Purnia's Dhamdhaha for phase 3 of the elections. During the rally, the CM added in Hindi, "All's well that ends well."
